‘What do you know about volunteers?’ This question has been answered by newspaper ‘Chas’ readers, who took a part in the same named contest that has been organized within international educational program Grundtvig.

The contest has been divided into 3 stages and lasted 4 months. It has checked not only knowledge of senior readers, but also the patience.

Our contest participants, who did gather for the results in the café of publishing house ‘PETITS’ , did raise the respect to traditions and are ready to share with others.

The 3rd place – Alexandra Lurje. Instead of bronze medal she got a gift certificate from restaurant ‘Biscuit’. 2nd place – Valentina Bardo did receive the annual subscription to the newspaper ‘Chas’. But who will go to the seminar in Europe? Right, Galina Galaton – she was the one who did correctly relied to the questions of 3 stages.

Linards Deidulis, the head specialist of Gruntvig program in the State Agency of education development – the curator of European edicational projects, did highlight a very high level of participants’ knowledge. In addition, he did tell us about international projects.
