April 21, 2013 Union of Russian emigrants in Greece named after pr. Demidova organisaed a tour "Russian Athens." Our chairman, historian, Irina Zhalnina-Vasilkioti spoke about the history of the Russian presence in Greece. There were many members of the "Club 50 +" presented there. The "Club 50 +" was created by our Union within the EU Grundtvig project «Towards an active European citizenship"
We visited Russian Trinity Church, learned about the history of administrative buildings, built at the expense of the Queen of Greece Olga K. Romanova (1851-1926 gg.), And visited the Russian Navy in the necropolis of Piraeus.
