WELCOME!


We aim to create a closer dialogue between members and representatives of the Russian Diaspora and to promote Greek-Russian cultural & historical heritage links. We intend to organise educational lectures, tours, voluntary works & publications in media to encourage bonds between Russian immigrants local Greek communities. These will concentrate on language skills, Russian & Greek culture, traditions and history.

images-stories-greece-0512-invitation1-3-199x282May 18th-20th Athens saw the festival “Uzbekistan Days in Greece,” in the context of which films of contemporary Uzbek filmmakers were screened and the work of artist Yannis Kadras--a Greek who having grown up, gone to school and studied at the Art Academy in Tashkent, moved to Greece--was exhibited. Members of “Club 50+” enthusiastically participated in the festival. One of their favorite movies was “Lead” (by director Zulfikar Musakov).
